Kochhar & Co. advises The Moms Co. on its USD 5 million Series B funding

Gurugram based consumer goods start-up, The Moms Co. (Amishi Consumer Technologies Pvt Ltd.) has raised USD $ 5 million in a Series B funding round from its existing investors, DSG Consumer Partners and Saama Capital.

Kochhar & Co. Partner, Sarika Raichur and Senior Associate, Sidhartha Jatar acted as the target's counsel and reviewed and negotiated definitive investment documents.
