Guerrero Olivos assisted Empresas Masvida S.A. (“EMV”), MV Clinical S.A. (“MVC”), and MV Financial S.A. (“MVF”), a relevant local holding engaged in the health and health administration industry (“the Holding”), in the negotiation and execution of a strategic collaboration agreement with real estate investors Inversiones Valmar Limitada and Madesal S.A. This agreement was materialized through the sale of 51% of the Holding to a joint venture specially structured for this transaction, Valsal SpA.
