Denny Shupe Appointed Chair of ACTL’s Special Problems in the Administration of Justice Committee (U.S.)

Schander's Denny Shupe, a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers (“ACTL”), has been appointed by the ACTL’s President to chair its Special Problems in the Administration of Justice Committee (U.S.). The Committee has the mandate to “recommend improvements in the administration of justice in the United States and to suggest ways to maintain proper liaison with others to that end.”
