Kuri Breña, Sánchez Ugarte y Aznar advised “Te creemos” S.A. de C.V. S.F.P., a Mexican institution engaged in microfinance and communal lending (SOFIPO), in the second issuance of trust certificates under the program placed on the Mexican Stock Exchange for an amount of MXN500m. The issuance was AAA rated by HR Ratings México and Verum, Calificadora de Valores. I-Structure acted as a financial advisor, Monex acted as common representative of the purchasers and CI Banco acted as a trustee.
