The Client Choice Awards are regarded as the most prestigious awards for professional service firms in Australia.
Beaton Consulting on behalf of The Financial Review surveyed the clients of all 94 firms that enter the awards, gathering responses from actual buyers and users of professional services, including in-house professional specialists, business owners, chief executives, chief financial officers, senior public and private sector line managers, purchasing professionals and a range of other buyers of professional services. Clients are asked to rate the firms on a range of criteria. The winners are firms and individual practitioners who achieve consistently higher client ratings than their competitors and peers, respectively.
